Anne Le Cleac'h is able to put down on her paintings the many aspects of her profound feelings and pictorial expression in such a way that you will never forget it. Although she is a lively and cheerful person, painting is in her view an act of faith and a means to express, in an endless way, her strength and hopes. Persuing truth and grandeur, she gives us a work that appears harmonious, unusual and precious.

I want your painting to be done in a lively and spatial way so that it touches the feelings of the viewer. In the process of analyzing shapes, values and colors and in setting up an internal structure, you will compose a general balance. I'll show you how, by putting together the different rules, you build up a tension leading towards harmony. Then emotion will be around and your painting will show your expressive and emotional intentions. In the morning we will work outside and prepare documents on paper using the techniques of drawing, gouache and acrylics. In the afternoon we will use and organize the paper documents of the morning to paint canvasses in the studio.
