Of her Dunoyer de Segonzac said : "A temperament of an artist, a great sensitivity joined to tenderness and true emotion in front of nature and life. Female qualities without insipidness nor preciosity and a broad, almost virile vision. That is how I see Danièle Fuchs, painter and engraver." Danièle takes us in her world of springtime with an abundance of blossoming roses, fuchsia and wisterias. The graphic aspect, altogether vigorous, light, precise and free, inherited from her engraving experience, satisfies our intelligence and stimulates the viewer's spirit.

In this workshop you will discover the pleasure of painting, either with oil or watercolor, subjects such as mills, rivers, flowers, farms or villages. Nature offers a multitude of subjects and you need to learn how to choose, to make a composition and transform the three dimensional space into a two dimensional work on canvas or paper. While respecting your personality we will address these demands in terms of composition, values, colors, harmony and quality of painting. There will be no question of competition but simply spending a great time sharing our passion for painting.
